The new urbanization is an important part of the development of China's "13th Five-Year Plan". Smart city is the best way to realize the new urbanization. In the national "13th five plan", Smart city is listed as the key strategic task for the next five years. During the actual construction, three batches of "smart city" pilot were selected with a total of 277 cities by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China, these pilot cities will be firstly try to explore smart city development experience and have already yielded initial results.
